Hi everyone! I’m Jennifer, Solopreneur, coach, and consultant.
I work with professors and university leaders on flourishing at work. in one-on-one coaching, in department and faculty meetings, and in workshops I help really smart subject-matter experts tap into and grow their self-awareness and people expertise.
my passion is connecting people to their values and their purpose so that they can express those elements of their life at work and at home. over the length of a career, so many people become disconnected from their original passion and motivation. I’m committed to helping people rekindle their spark for life and for meaningful work.
